@23andMeSupport@FarmerGran@23andMe There is no one home on your "Customer Care" page, only a chatbot. I asked a simple question about making another purchase and the bot had no clue. I finally asked for a human employee. I waited about 2 hours for it to connect me to a human. Sadly it never did.
@GEICO I went through the online quote process twice, looking for a way to see the policy quote for auto and renter before entering my payment info. Do you really expect us to give you money without seeing the whole quote and what the policy covers first? What am I missing?
