Those messages were reprehensible and inconsistent with the mission, values, and policies of The Florida Bar. While McLendon denies sending the messages, he did not provide evidence sufficient to demonstrate to The Florida Bar’s satisfaction that his Instagram account had been compromised. As of today, The Florida Bar has terminated McLendon’s employment.

Hi. Rich person with seats in the Home Plate Club. In Petco Park, all the seats are either season ticket holders however a very small amount are owned by the team and held for guests from the team. Celebrities, corporate sponsors, friends, etc. They never sell them. I’d imagine every other park is the similar and they’re not just readily available unless a seat owner sells them on third party sites. As season ticket holders, we are not guaranteed our seats once the playoffs start. The majority still get to keep their seats but Major League Baseball has the right to come in and take whatever seats they want. Two of our neighbors were relocated out of their seats. I’m not entirely sure who they sell them to, but during the Brewers series, they were given/sold to members from the Brewers org I believe. I could be mistaken but I’m pretty sure they were affiliated with the team. Just offering up some insight how it works. That is all. Good day sir.
