@CeXSupport Hello, I received such bad customer service at the Cex store in Eltham, I left without purchasing a new PS5 controller I had specifically gone in for. There was a gentleman and a lady serving, but were super unhelpful when I was enquiring, but worse very rude.
So @SpotlightUK have increased their membership fees by 9% since 2019 - yes 9%, due to ‘inflation’ but our wages have been frozen for 2 years on @EquityUK contracts in the west end. Where does spotlight think we’re going to get this extra cash from? Genuine question…
