@shawnshan_ @matthew_d_green Tough to navigate, though. Three days of conferences from 8am-6pm is already a lot. Longer days? More of them? Not sure how we do this and still meaningfully interact with each other.
@matthew_d_green "If they're well prepared" is so crucial. Maybe we should move to a more curated model - take papers like a journal but have the best presentations at the conference.
