@AmericanAir Thanks. Itbwasy AA393 on June rd. After 2.5 hours on the tarmac we were offloaded at a small regional airport. We were offered a hotel or bus trip to Mexico City. We took the bus (almost 4 hours to travel 200km). Long tiring day with AA. 😢
