@ElieJarrougeMD U can definitely do it!!! I lowered my blood pressure & lost 21 lbs by taking one shot of olive oil daily. Last week I went to the VA to see my doctor and it was 122/68 never that low in my adult life. I use California Olive Ranch Extra virgin olive oil. Research it for yourself

@Yvette90792635 @weantipoverty @ElieJarrougeMD One simple way I lowered my blood pressure to 122/68 is by taking a shot of olive oil daily first thing when I wake up. I lost 21 lbs, hadn't changed my eating habits or started working out yet, which I should tho.
