#RCMPNS is in the area of 12700 block of Peggy’s Cove Rd in #Tantallon executing a warrant in relation to an ongoing investigation. Residents can expect to see a large police presence. The rd is closed and the public is asked to avoid the area to allow officers to do their work.
@SNKenReid & game programs! I was at @Yankees Stadium to see them play the @BlueJays. I asked a stadium staff member about programs. They told me I could just look at the screen in the outfield. The screen would make a great keepsake but not practical! Not everyone gets to see a game often!
Oliver Smith’s memory lives on at SAJS in a dedication to the gaga ball pit he helped create and a donation for Olliebots. We hope Oliver’s work ethic and determination are qualities his classmates take with them to highschool in the fall. #ewingscancer#bethehardestworker
@THE_INV1CTUS@NHL Yes, if a player attempts to score on an empty net (opposing goalie on bench) in the ‘pink’ zone then goal is disallowed. The player defending their net wouldn’t make that hit and if he did he’d suffer the consequences.
Scary hit by Scheifele on Jake Evans. The Trapazoid Rule for behind the net prevents a goalie from playing the puck outside this zone without penalty. Empty net goals scored from this same zone could be disallowed to prevent injury. @nhl#Habs#Jets https://t.co/FiD98sXpsm
@THE_INV1CTUS@NHL The goalie has to stay within the zone behind the net to prevent a penalty. If a player tries to score from behind the net when empty it’s disallowed.
@hbsfan9@NHL Don’t quite understand what you mean. If you think a rule like this couldn’t help a player and their safety in future play then I guess it’s a terrible take. If the opposing player decides to follow through with a hit they’ll face a harder punishment.
