And you may think that by apologizing will make this better but it DOESNT it makes it worse because it is a cop out to no resolution in sight! I refuse to deal with her directly any longer and that is my right according to New York law! She never has referred this to another person to resolve issue! I understand that it is a franchise issue but I have tried to resolve this with them directly but she is not a good person to deal with. She’s snotty and rude and contemptuous! She actually said that I’m dumb for thinking that the way I was talking to her about the trash in my yard. It’s ridiculous. I’m filing a complaint with the attorney generals office of New York. Letitia is not one to screw around with as you know!
