Media headlines recycle the same faces for the last 20 years. Uhuru, Ruto, Raila, Kalonzo, Mudavadi, and now Gachagua.

The game is rigged. And donor-nations don’t want to see us progress. They are happy throwing money at corrupt institutions and individuals because they get a cut.

Today, @ODPC_KE initiated stakeholder engagement on draft guidance notes for various sectors, starting with the communications sector. Deputy Data Commissioner for Compliance, Rose Mosero, FSC, HIP. @MoseroRose presided over the event.

The guidance note for communications is one of four being developed, including health, education, and digital credit providers.
