@LeslieFeinzaig One of my daughters said something similar a few years ago. I thought maybe I needed supplements, healthier eating habits, etc. I realized I just needed more sleep. I started tracking and was shocked. Was only sleeping 5-6 h average while I could has sworn it was 7-8.

Luckily Costa Rica was smart and more environmentally conscious in the early 80s and started a reforestation and conservation effort. Today, over 50% of Costa Rica is forest and that area continues to expand 💚
