“If you execute a terrorist it will be used as a recruiting tool!”
They used old textbooks as justification to burn France to the ground.
It's time for the people with delicate constitutions to take a walk, and let dangerous men do bad things to bad people.
Dear Secretary Bessent @SecScottBessent,
My name is Everett Stern. In 2010 I was a compliance officer at @HSBC. From a back office in New Castle, Delaware, I watched billions of dollars move to drug cartels, sanctioned regimes, and terrorist organizations. The enemies of the United States. I documented it, I escalated it, and when the bank would not act, I took it to the @FBI, the @CIA, and eventually the @SECGov.
The result was a $1.92 billion settlement. At the time, it was one of the largest in American history. It was also about five weeks of the bank’s profit. Not one banker was charged. Not one went to prison.
I paid a different price. I lost my career, my savings, and my place in the industry I had trained for. I was blacklisted. Every door in American finance closed at once. I slept on a camping cot in a 300 square foot apartment because I could not afford a bed, and I waited tables at @PFChangs to eat. I tell you this not for sympathy, but so you understand that I know exactly what it costs to do the right thing in American finance, and exactly how little the system does in return.
I made that sacrifice because I believed it would change something.
Yesterday, your department fined @BankofAmerica $1.2 billion for failing to report more than $5 billion in suspicious transactions, some of it tied by your own findings to Chinese laundering networks, narcotics, and the southwest border, alongside 475 apparent sanctions violations touching Russia, Iran, and global terrorism. The bank admitted it willfully violated the Bank Secrecy Act.
Fourteen years after HSBC. A bank with “America” in its name. And once again, not one individual charged.
Secretary Bessent, I want to say plainly what I believe you already know. The fines are not working.
A fine is paid by shareholders, absorbed by the balance sheet, and forgotten by the next earnings call. Bank of America reported earnings this morning. Nobody who set the alert thresholds, nobody who decided the 2024 cease and desist could wait, nobody who chose the backlog over the law will lose a single thing they value. Their lives are untouched. That is the entire reason the behavior repeats.
This is money laundering. This is blood money. Money that reaches a cartel buys fentanyl that kills Americans. Money that reaches a terrorist organization buys the next attack. This country has fought a war on drugs and a war on terror for decades, at enormous cost in lives and treasure, and all the while we have allowed the financing to flow through institutions we charter and regulate. Cut off the money and we win. We have never seriously tried.
There is also a question of equal justice that I cannot let go.
Before I walked into the FBI building to report HSBC, I stopped in front of the Great Seal on the wall and read the words engraved beneath it: “Justice is the defense of our liberty.” I believed that. I still want to. But every day in this country, people go to prison for crimes that are nothing next to moving money for the people who want Americans dead. A suit, a title, and a corporate badge should not be a shield from the consequences that apply to everyone else. If a street dealer goes to prison for what he sells, the banker who moved the cartel’s money should be standing next to him.
I also want to raise something that is rarely said in these conversations. Why has no one inside Bank of America come forward the way I did? The answer is that everyone in American banking knows what happened to me, and to the whistleblowers who came after. The last person who spoke up is the only policy anyone believes. That is a culture problem, and it starts with leadership, in the banks and in the agencies that regulate them.
This is not a political issue. It has spanned administrations of both parties. It is a national security issue, and I am asking you to treat it as one.
Three things would change the math overnight.
Refer individuals for criminal prosecution. Not the analyst in the queue. The executives who set the thresholds and chose the risk. One banker in handcuffs would do more than every fine in Treasury’s history combined.
End “too big to jail.” An institution cannot be too big to fail and too big to jail at the same time. If it is the first, it must be held to a higher standard, not a lower one.
And if Bank of America will not act as America’s bank, review its charter. A national charter is a privilege granted on behalf of the American people. It should be conditioned on not moving money for the people trying to kill them.
Secretary Bessent, you said yesterday that these actions send a clear message that even the biggest institutions are not above the law. With respect, the institution was never the problem. The people inside it are above the law, and they know it. Until that changes, I will keep writing letters like this one, and the next bank will keep paying the next fine.
I gave up everything I had to stop this. I am asking you to use the power you have to finish it.
Respectfully,
Everett A. Stern

I'm not a fan of any president limiting media outlets at the White House. But let’s not pretend what Trump is doing to CNN is unprecedented. Especially you, Barack.
Over the weekend, Obama claimed he could "never imagine" shutting out a network like Fox News. Really? Because I don't have to imagine it… I HAVE THE TAPE!
Back in 2009, the Obama White House literally tried to ban Fox News from a joint pool interview and declared they weren't a "real" news organization. But when Trump calls CNN "fake news" the Left erupts in an uproar? Spare us all the faux outrage.
This video shows why President Trump banned corrupt news outlets from the White House.
The mainstream media is the enemy of the people!
I hope POTUS airs this on Trump TV because the world deserves to see how dishonest our media is towards him!

As part of our ongoing efforts to crack down on illegal robocalls and text, the FCC has published step-by-step guides that enable consumers to turn on blocking and filtering tools.
They are specific to your type of phone and carrier.

There are counterfeit humans everywhere pretending to be the same as you.
Recognize them by their spellcasting. Watch:
"All apples have worms in them! Every apple you ever ate had a worm in it! It's just that they're usually too small for you to notice!"
Do you see how I took an image I know you've seen 100 times, then used words to extend the meaning of that image into parts of your reality where it previously did not touch? I made you think a worm in an apple is not a big deal.
That's spellcasting. It's a lie.
I don't know anything about worms or apples, but I made your lower brain think you've been eating invisible worms with every apple, which means that there's a gradient between small and large worms, which makes worms OK to find in apples.
See? Before I lied, worms bad. After I lied, worms OK.
I manipulated you by making you think I knew something you didn't. This thing was emotionally loaded (no one wants to eat a worm).
It's a simple trick you can teach a retard. Spellcasters are not clever, they're just evil. Just associate a good thing with a bad thing to make the good one look more bad or the bad one look more good. Then you get your way.
"Hey, you're white! (apple) That means you benefited from colonialism! (worm)"
Do you see how tying one emotionally loaded word to another helps the speaker win? While you lose?
If you catch anyone using language like this, that's an empty body with no person in it. Treat them like they're not human, because they're not. The law protects them (for now) but they're not alive and aware like you and me. They don't have souls or feelings like animals or people. You don't have to feel empathy for them. That's a BAD IDEA.
NEVER engage with them. They know the truth, you know the truth, and everyone you need knows the truth. Arguing with them about words is what they want, because they always win on the battlefield of words.
Stay on the battlefield of meaning. Never get lost in words.
"Where is the worm? Let me go get an apple so you can show me the worm!"
They won't be able to show anything MEANINGFUL. They only had WORDS. They will have to promise that there is an invisible worm that TOTALLY is the same as a real one. But no one will SEE it. That's MEANING.
Stay in MEANING and you will always beat spellcasters.

Alert -- Critical announcement:
Under the banner of The Oversight Project, I am opening a new law firm that I will lead to combat government weaponization of all types, but especially abuses of congressional and state legislative branch oversight, perversion of bar discipline processes, and securing the dismissal of bogus criminal indictments.
We already have a small team of dedicated lawyers with Article I, Article II, and/or Article III branch experience at the federal level and state government experience as well. You would join them and me in this important effort to turn our country around.
We will be expanding our size and footprint significantly.
So, if you're a lawyer at any stage of your career, who is patriotically and publicly spirited and who is fed up with Lawfare, Barfare, Weaponization, and efforts to turn The Law into mechanized Marxism on the move, and who wants to see the legal system reformed to consign that nonsense as quickly as possible to the discarded refuse and circular files of courts, bar administrative apparatuses, and regulatory agencies, as appropriate, please review our announcement here:

Please send your resume and a cover letter to:

It's time the conservative and populist movements had their own dedicated law firm instead of watching cancers on our dear Republic -- like the 65 Project and LDAD and anything within two concentric circles of Norm Eisen or Marc Elias -- grow and metastasize.

The Tax System Explained in Beer
Suppose that every day, ten men go out for beer and the bill for all ten comes to $100. If they paid their bill the way we pay our taxes, it would go something like this:
- The first four men (the poorest) would pay nothing.
- The fifth would pay $1.
- The sixth would pay $3.
- The seventh would pay $7.
- The eighth would pay $12.
- The ninth would pay $18.
- The tenth man (the richest) would pay $59.
So, that's what they decided to do.
The ten men drank in the bar every day and seemed quite happy with the arrangement, until one day, the owner threw them a curve ball. "Since you are all such good customers," he said, "I'm going to reduce the cost of your daily beer by $20". Drinks for the ten men would now cost just $80.
The group still wanted to pay their bill the way we pay our taxes, so the first four men were unaffected. They would still drink for free. But what about the other six men? How could they divide the $20 windfall so that everyone would get his fair share?
They realized that $20 divided by six is $3.33. But if they subtracted that from everybody's share, then the fifth man and the sixth man would each end up being paid to drink his beer.
So, the bar owner suggested that it would be fair to reduce each man's bill by a higher percentage the poorer he was, to follow the principle of the tax system they had been using, and he proceeded to work out the amounts he suggested that each should now pay.
And so the fifth man, like the first four, now paid nothing (100% saving).
The sixth now paid $2 instead of $3... (33% saving).
The seventh now paid $5 instead of $7... (28% saving).
The eighth now paid $9 instead of $12... (25% saving).
The ninth now paid $14 instead of $18... (22% saving).
The tenth now paid $49 instead of $59... (16% saving).
Each of the six was better off than before. And the first four continued to drink for free.
But, once outside the bar, the men began to compare their savings.
"I only got a dollar out of the $20 saving," declared the sixth man. He pointed to the tenth man, "but he got $10!"
"Yeah, that's right," exclaimed the fifth man. "I only saved a dollar too. It's unfair that he received ten times more benefit than me!"
"That's true!" shouted the seventh man. "Why should he get $10 back, when I got only $2? The wealthy get all the breaks!"
"Wait a minute," yelled the first four men in unison, "We didn't get anything at all. This new tax system exploits the poor!"
The nine men surrounded the tenth man and beat him up.
The next night the tenth man didn't show up for drinks, so the nine sat down and had their beers without him. But when it came time to pay the bill, they discovered something important. They didn't have enough money between all of them for even half of the bill!
And that, boys and girls, journalists and government ministers, is how our tax system works. The people who already pay the highest taxes will naturally get the most benefit from a tax reduction.
Tax them too much, attack them for being wealthy, and they just may not show up anymore. In fact, they might start drinking overseas, where the atmosphere is somewhat friendlier.
For those who understand, no explanation is needed.
For those who do not understand, no explanation is possible.
🚨 HOLY CRAP! Democrats are melting down and rushing to sue Donald Trump in court because effective this Friday, DHS is enforcing the IMMIGRATION ACT of 1882 which will BLOCK migrants who use welfare
Savings: estimated $13B YEARLY because of as many as 5.6 million migrants losing taxpayer benefits 🔥
ABSOLUTELY BASED!
The move has been long-coming, as the Trump admin has been barreling towards making clear that NO FOREIGNER has a right to come to America and LEECH off the taxpayer dollar.
The benefits included in the public charge law are food stamps, Medicaid, government housing and more
Expect green cards to be revoked or declined.
This is ENFORCING EXISTING LAW and Democrats don't stand a chance in court! But I would NOT be surprised if an activist judge first blocks the policy before it makes its way up the federal court system, possibly to SCOTUS
But the executive authority here is rock solid. DENY, DEPORT, AMERICANS FIRST 🇺🇸
Marriage is work. There. I said it. Y'all know I love my husband, madly. But, the man takes some work, and he's entirely worth all of it. 🙅♀️ Somehow we've turned that into a negative thing - as though having to work at your marriage means something must be wrong with it.
Of course it's work. You're taking two imperfect human beings, with different histories, habits, expectations, families, fears, irritating quirks - and completely incompatible understandings of how a dishwasher should be loaded - and asking them to build one life. What could possibly go wrong?
Love isn't just the butterflies at the beginning. It's communication when you'd rather sulk. Compromise when you're absolutely certain you're right. Forgiveness when somebody screws up. Apologizing when, through some obvious defect in the universe, the somebody was you.
It's sex and laughter and bills and children and sickness and family drama and deciding what to eat for dinner every single night until one of you dies. It's choosing the same person again and again - including on the days when neither of you is particularly charming.
Sometimes love sounds remarkably like:
“Do you want anything to eat?”
“No.”
“Are you sure?”
“Yes.”
“Then why are you eating my fries?” 🙄
Marriage is not disposable because it becomes difficult. And love isn't less real because it requires effort. If you loved each other enough to make the vow, love each other enough to work at keeping it.
Because marriage isn't a vibe.
It's a covenant.
The work isn't evidence that love failed. The work is what love looks like when it grows up.
And maybe we've forgotten something bigger:
Strong marriages build strong families.
Strong families build strong communities.
And strong communities build strong nations.
Marriage matters far beyond the two people standing at the altar.
The machine is still working overtime to shape people's thinking out there man. So, here is the next installment of our hero railing against the people and machine that is at work in sanitizing Lindsay Clancy:
“You want to know how fucked up this has become?
Look at who they think needs saving.
A mother plans the murder of her three children and carries it out, and these ghouls immediately go to fucking DEFCON 1—not over three murdered children, but over the horrifying possibility that the woman who murdered them might actually be held responsible.
Suddenly it's all hands on deck.
Find an explanation.
Find a diagnosis.
Find a trauma.
Find an expert.
Find something that will convince the world she's really the fourth victim here.
Because being a woman is hard.
Apparently being one of her children was harder.
And this shit doesn't happen by accident.
There's an entire ecosystem devoted to producing it.
The activists create the grievance. The academics intellectualize it. The advocacy groups weaponize it. The media sells it. Social media mass-produces it.
Then the NPC parrots arrive.
Millions of people who've spent fifteen minutes thinking about something repeating the conclusions of people who've spent fifty years teaching them which conclusions are socially permitted.
That's the scam.
They've mistaken being programmed for being educated.
They've been marinating in this shit so long that they don't recognize how fucking bizarre they've become.
A mother murders three children and they're rummaging through her life like defense attorneys at a yard sale.
Depression? Grab it.
Trauma? Put it in the truck.
Hormones? Absolutely.
Patriarchy? Fuck it, take two.
Anything except the one thing sitting right in front of them:
She chose to murder three children.
And somehow I'm supposed to believe they're the sophisticated ones because they can make that sentence complicated.
Well, I have a complication for them.
Where are the kids?
Seriously.
Where the fuck are the kids in all this compassion?
I've seen endless stories about the difficulty of motherhood. The agony of being a woman. Her mental health. Her suffering. Her fears. Her struggles. Her hopes.
Where's the goddamned ten-page story about them?
Tell me what made them laugh.
Tell me what they wanted for Christmas.
Tell me which one was counting down to a birthday. Who loved picnics. Who hated bedtime. What they wanted to be when they grew up.
Tell me their dreams.
I haven't seen one goddamned story about that.
Not one.
She gets psychologists explaining what was happening inside her head.
I'd like somebody to tell me what was happening inside theirs.
What was the oldest one excited about that week?
Was somebody learning to ride a bike?
Was there a birthday coming?
Did one of them have a Christmas present they'd been begging for since July?
Who had a best friend?
Who had a favorite stuffed animal?
What did they think tomorrow was going to be like?
Because children believe in tomorrow.
That's practically their fucking job.
And she took every tomorrow they had.
No birthdays.
No picnics.
No Christmas mornings.
No first dates.
No graduations.
No weddings.
No sitting around a table thirty years from now laughing about the stupid shit they did when they were kids.
Nothing.
She gets a future people are fighting to preserve.
They got futures she erased.
And somehow the media has spent more time asking us to crawl inside the mind of the person who killed them than introducing us to the three human beings she removed from the fucking earth.
That's not compassion.
That's evil with a press credential.
It's an obscene fascination with the perpetrator while the victims quietly disappear beneath the narrative.
And then the people who've swallowed this poison start lecturing everybody else about empathy.
Empathy?
You want to impress me with your empathy?
Remember the fucking children.
Before you explain her, remember them.
Before you diagnose her, remember them.
Before you tell me how difficult her life was you god-damned monsters, tell me about the terror they must have felt when they realized their mother wasn't just playing a game with them
And before you demand mercy for the person who still gets to wake up tomorrow morning—
tell me why nobody seems interested in the three children who never fucking will.”
Now imagine a father does what these moms do.
Works 16 hours. Comes home to screaming kids, bills on the table, a wife nagging, house a mess. Sets up his tripod, starts crying on camera about how HARD fatherhood is.
What would the internet say?
"Man up."
"You chose to be a father."
"Should've picked a better wife."
"My dad did it without complaining."
"Weak."
He would be HUMILIATED.
But when a mom does it in full glam…lashes done, nails done, lip filler fresh with time to record, edit, add music, write a caption, and upload for validation...
She's "so brave." "So real." "Motherhood is so hard, queen."
Parenthood IS hard. But your kids didn't ask to be content.
If you had time for the lashes, nails, filler, tripod, edits, and hashtags, you had time to be a parent. You didn't need help. You needed ATTENTION.
You are not the main character anymore. You are somebody's MOTHER.
🚨 WOW! The crowd ERUPTED when SecWar Pete Hegseth said: “As long as I have breath, I will NEVER allow anyone from blocking us from saying the TRUTH — Christ is King. He died for our sins. We are forgiven. He will come again in glory. Amen."
