"My journey started on a boat. I ended up in a refugee camp ... They say stories like this only happen in the movies. I cannot believe this is happening to me. This is the American dream!" - Ke Huy Quan #Oscars
19 years ago I had a steady gig on King of the Hill. I asked my manager if I could direct one day, and they basically said "Get in line."
Mike and Bryan called shortly after and asked "Want to direct on this new show we're making at Nickelodeon?"
I said yes, and here we are
@adamtotscomix They don't give the CGI FX dept enough time to do what they ask for, so movies are starting lacking in that sense. This is what happens when you make movies like a freaking factory, one by one released almost every 6 months apart. It is impossible to keep up.
My biggest gripe with Ant-man Quantumania was that it simply didn’t look good. CGI has reached a point where it just feels like noise. I think about how Honey I Shrunk The Kids still looks great after 34 years & can’t help imagining Quantumania with analog sets.
