Unpopular opinion.

These types of developments are probably necessary for downtown to increase its tax base given its infrastructure but they won't contribute to and will likely inhibit the vibrancy of downtown.

Too many high-rise developments that try to be everything keep everyone inside all of the time.

The antithesis to the vibrancy, interaction, and diversity of use across storefronts needed for cities to thrive.
