Anyone still planning to get an account with @myaccessbank should be ready for poor customer service. You have to go to the banking hall to resolve even the simplest of issues that a call through to a call service agent should fix. Giving you a case ID doesn't mean anything.

@gtbank is a shadow of the bank it used to be..If you have issues and need to call their customer service numbers, just forget it.. We must not always go the bank to have basic transactions/complaints handled. I have repeatedly called the service number for two weeks..
