Thief @JetBlue bag check in FLL. 4pm checking in bag, guy there said her bag was over 50. Scale amt kept changing and noticed his foot was on the scale. Asked him to remove it and it was magically under the 50 lb. He was trying to get cash to "let it slide" on $150 fee.
