A child’s wellbeing or vulnerability is not without context. In my contribution to the debate yesterday, I focused on the astonishing 42% child poverty we have in Bury North. This grim reality is faced by nearly half of the children and families I represent and has to change. This Bill is a good start for a child’s protection and prospects #EveryChildMatters
