@AvivaUK I have called your offices over 10 times and every time you say it's a glass claim!! Have I called Autoglass!?! Yes but they have no stock!#@? And I have no car. Aviva said they get there customer complaints department to call me, that hasn't happened as yet. VERY POOR SERVICE

@AvivaUK Such poor service for fully comprehensive insurance have been a customer for 15 + years. NO car for three weeks due to smashed panoramic roof and no offer of a hire car either. Still awaiting for Aviva to respond. Car still on our driveway!?!

@Tyre_Pros Stevenage:-Very RUDE, pre-book your car in, you will have to wait an extra hour or so, on arrival?!? Way over price in store compared to their on-line prices and if you question that in store that's when the snide comments start! Took over 24hrs to get refund. AVOID!
