@HalifaxBank The issue is the automated call isn't accepting my code. When I enter the code, there is no response. Usually I get a response that it's accepted or not after entering. I'm well within the time frame. I've tried 4 times already in the last 12 hours with only 1 remaining.

@HalifaxBank hi, I'm struggling to verify the 4 digit code to log in online with the automated phone call on my landline. When I try to enter or say the code, it doesn't register anything I enter or say. It's not an issue with my phone line as other services I've used work.

@HalifaxBank It's not an error with the online banking itself. When I log in, enter MI. Then I verify with a phone call received from HFX with a 4 digit code displayed on screen. When I enter or say the 4 digit code, it does not recognise it like I haven't entered it.

@JasonManford It could be worse. He could have forwarded the email onto his manager (if he had one) or someone senior and you'd be charged triple. Since then, I've learnt never to CC anyone senior since you'll always be charged double for someone just reading an email.

@SarahAlSaeed Nope, I suspect because there's no ruling to install black boxes given how few of these subs there are and was "pioneering technology". My guess is it was caused by stress fatigue and the resulting fractures rupturing the tanks.

@AskVirginMoney I need to reset my password to access the savings portal. I've requested a one time password but this has since expired and I'm unable to request another one. The login page keeps asking to put in the requested pw. Is there a link I can access to reset again?

You know you've been in the same company too long when you get HR asking me clarification on when I started to work for them. The same question asked by the vetting company to them just so I can get security clearance - by which the application was put through by HR #geddit?

@JenOnTheMoveUK I agree, they do the bare minimum to run an intercity service and goodness knows when the trains were last refurbished. When doing a Brum - Pic journey, I would get off at Stoke and get on the Virgin/Avanti arriving 5 mins after.

@tur1s @AndyBurnhamGM @MetroMayorSteve The cancelled one is a TPE express service from Man Vic and the running one is a Northern stopper service from Man Pic, which added up meant they would arrive 20 mins later into Lime St than the express.
