@WeAreOpenreach I have spent now over 4 hours to the provider, who have equally raised this 3 times with openreach. On one occasion talking to the manager to ensure it would be done. ...

@WeAreOpenreach They then said there would be someone out this morning to do the job. I double checked this during the week. However, no-one turned up. I live over 3 hours drive from my mum, so I can't keep coming back and fore.

@WeAreOpenreach My mum is very hard of hearing and relies on her lifeline and internet to communicate. We have tried to upgrade to fibre. Openreach engineer turned up last week bet refused to do the work because she had a lifeline, even though lifeline and BT had approved this to go ahead.
