@TUIUK Still waiting for refund on our holiday of the 11th April. No reply to complaint, 3 phone calls of being passed around different departments and then cut off waiting 2 hours on the number given. Booked last 3 holidays with TUI ?Just want a date when I will get refund on my card??

@TUIUK Our holiday to Dom Rep. was cancelled by Tui in March and we were told to expect a BACS transfer refund within 5 days into our bank (informed via email and inface to face meeting in local TUI branch). We have not received a refund nor are Tui responding to my emails/phone calls.

Logged onto my bank this morning pending transactions all my bills , and no #tuirefund , 7 weeks after i received my cancellation invoice and a promise from the store my money will be refunded within a week , not worked for 6 weeks ,i need that money lifes good thankyou tui!!

Yesterday finally got through to tui regarding are holiday refund, was supposed to be going in 2 weeks. After all the bad press regarding how long the refunds would take, checked the bank this morning and 6.5k is sat back in there. Wasn't expecting that anytime soon 😄👏

@MartinSLewis @TUI Martin. Perhaps you can highlight the dreadful way TUI are treating their customers. People need their refunds during this hard and financially challenging time. Customer service is dreadful and customers being asked to pay their full balances off !!
