Fionna & Cake is fantastic.
You need to have watched later seasons of Adventure Time to appreciate most of what's going on, but, uh, well, you should do that.
So much love and detail in the art, writing, and music. Voices, too! @RealTomKenny's performance is really great.
@WarrenLocke I just showed your daily mini painting journey you posted a couple years ago to a friend who is painting his very first minis right now.
Would love to see more if you've done any lately!
The Hearthstone standard experience has been miserable for way too long and is only getting worse.
I gave it the college try and hit legend last month, but wasn't motivated to play much at legend. Don't give a crap about anomalies. Not fun. I'm done at least until next rotation.
@maxnichols From what I've seen, I feel like some of that system of priorities is rooted in traditional white western belief that all stories are equally for all people. Like, "I'm smart and objective, of course I have the proper context to JUDGE this. Or to reuse it."
@maxnichols Yea. I mean, most people aren't interested in examining/appraising the storytelling. But IF that's your interest, how can you do so without experiencing it *as told* as opposed to some speculative, imagined experience based on knowing its contents independent of its telling?
@boymonster "Say thank you." Sheesh. The fully out of control version of, after correcting you and you say, "oh, yea, you're right," they respond with, "I know."
