Last 3 flights with @Qantas

1. Issued a boarding pass in my name to another passenger who took my seat.
2. Over 2 hour delay leaving Sydney, broken entertainment system.
3. Just gone back to gate and looking at minimum 2 hour delay out of Singapore with broken plane.
