The corporate arrogance at @Starbucks continues. There’s a certain store in Toronto that so rarely ever has lightly salted chips. By ever I mean I check almost daily and at least 9/10 they don’t have this. Clearly there’s something wrong with the ordering or the inventory.

A whole day goes by - no response from @Starbucks. Is there a reason a whole day goes by and I get absolutely no response from either corporate or the actual store - I want my money back! Corporate arrogance at its best. I spend THOUSANDS of dollars a year at Starbucks.
