Burnham wants to hike the top rate of income tax to 50p.

His economic advisers are also pushing to scrap capital gains tax and tax your investments and dividends at full income tax rates.

He is even proposing a flat 10% care levy on all inheritance, dragging millions of ordinary families into a death tax on their loved ones' estates from pound one.

They are coming for everything you have built.
And look at how quickly they will lie to your face just to get your vote.

To win the Makerfield by-election last week, Burnham promised WASPI women he would "stick by" them and deliver billions in pension compensation.

The second the vote was over, his team immediately backflipped and admitted they have zero plans to pay it. 🤡

They ruled out cash payouts entirely, offering them taxpayer-funded bus passes instead.

They treat the public like absolute fools while using your hard-earned wages to fund their political ambitions.

The global financial markets are already panicking.

The yield on 10-year gilts spiked the second Starmer resigned because Burnham openly declared he wants to stop being in hock to the bond markets, which is code for massive, reckless state borrowing.

This will drive UK mortgage rates and business loans through the roof, leaving everyday families to pay the price.

Labour has simply changed the face in Downing Street, but the plan to bleed the working class dry remains exactly the same.

For 24 years, I have run @AmaxEstates, a small independent business in #Gravesend.

I’ve always paid my dues, supported the local economy and worked hard to build something sustainable.

Over the past few weeks, I have been trying to resolve a serious issue with my business rates — and despite multiple emails and attempts to engage, I have received no response from @graveshambc

I have been told one rateable value (£12,750) which was also confirmed over phones calls, yet billed another (£15,000), resulting in an increase from £147 per month to £642 per month — a rise of over 340%

For a small business, this is simply not sustainable.

I have also been unable to access the official system to challenge this before the deadline, despite repeated attempts.

I am now left in a position where:
• I cannot get clear answers
• I cannot challenge through the system
• I am facing a bill that could put a 24-year business at risk

I have also contacted my local MP, @drlsullivan, and to date have received no response.

This is not how small businesses should be treated.

I am now working with the press to get answers — not just for myself, but because I suspect I am not the only one facing this.

Why the Judicial Review decision of Poole J is untenable on the record

The Judicial Review refusal in Sexton & Hyland v Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police proceeded on a critical premise - that no criminal investigation existed in relation to CRN 6029679/21 (as was asserted by the Metropolitan Police).

That premise is now demonstrably false.

The documentary record establishes that:

• a Crime Reference Number was issued;

• the matter was treated as legally sensitive;

• it was referred internally for legal oversight; and

• it had been formally closed by no later than 12 January 2022 (whilst closure was not communicated to the complainants until 21 February 2022)

Under CPIA, the act of receiving and assessing a crime report for the purpose of determining whether offences may have been committed is itself a criminal investigation.

The JR court was therefore asked to assess legality on the basis of an institutional assertion which was legally impossible under statute.

The consequence is stark but unavoidable - the Court was deprived of the true procedural context and its reasoning rested on a false factual foundation.

That is not a disagreement with the outcome. It is a failure of judicial scrutiny caused by incomplete disclosure.

The record now illustrates it.

Release of Home Office Correspondence

On 18 November 2025, Ian Clayton and Mark Sexton issued constitutional correspondence to five senior office-holders:

The Lady Chief Justice of England & Wales

The Secretary of State for Justice

The Attorney General

The Chair of the Public Administration and Constitutional Affairs Committee

The Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police Service

This correspondence raised matters of serious constitutional significance, including:

national command interference,

unlawful suppression of criminal investigations,

contradictions involving Operation Talla,

breaches of statutory investigative duties, and

concerns relating to the handling of Crime Reference Number 6029679/21.

No response whatsoever has been received from any of the five addressees.

However, on 3 December 2025, Ethical Approach UK received a letter from the Home Office Direct Communications Unit - a department that was not addressed, copied in, or involved in the 18 November correspondence.

This response was unexpected and did not address the constitutional matters raised.

Instead, it suggested routes such as the IOPC and Citizens Advice, despite the obvious fact that these bodies have no jurisdiction over state-level constitutional issues or the national policing matters in question.

Given the absence of responses from the five actual addressees, and in the interests of full transparency, we are today releasing:

1. The Home Office letter dated 3 December 2025, and

2. Our formal reply sent today, seeking clarification for the unusual decision by the Home Office to respond to correspondence not addressed to it.

This release enables the public to view the correspondence directly and to see how constitutional matters of significant public importance have been handled by the relevant institutions.

Why won’t UK journalists report on the Operation Talla scandal?

Because doing so means confronting the one truth they fear most:

Police were instructed to reject all Covid-vaccine evidence, UK-wide.

And if that is true and FOI disclosures, internal directives and officer testimony prove it is, then journalists would be forced to admit:

• police nonfeasance
• suppression of criminal evidence
