@ITV please can you fix these ITVX issues with your apps (both iOS and the LG tv app). This happens at least 20x per 1 hour programme. My internet is superfast and all other apps work fine. Perhaps let us lower the bitrate/quality?

Unless you have the specific evidence they require, then you’re not getting anywhere. I’ve been sleeping on the sofa of my 1 bedroom flat for 9 months! Not even social workers could help!

@myGP_app a bit of a problem with your current app on iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 17.0.3 The app gets through the Face ID fine but then the screen goes black, when I swipe up it does show the app is trying to load. The app was working on 18/10 as I ordered new prescriptions.

Piss poor customer service from @VodafoneUK today. I ordered my new iPhone at 1:30pm on 15/09 for collection today… nope, I now have to wait 3 weeks due to a “technical issue” as that colour was oversubscribed and is now on “back order”… yet I had to call 3 different times!
