LIRR, please keep your riders/customers informed of your cancellations and delays. No proper communication is being provided for the cancelled trains running the Long Beach line. The customer service desks in valley stream and Penn have no clue! Unacceptable

Monday Mornings are another bad reminder of @LIRR dirty and filthy train station - Valley Stream. Bird poop all over the handle of the escalator- safety hazard, human pee and feces stench is terrible #clean the train station#

@LIRR please keep valley stream train station clean and give commuters, residents and tax payers a value of their money, escalator handle has bird poop all over a huge safety hazard as the elderly, children & able bodies folks have to ride up hands free. #clean rail road station#

@LIRR - please do something about the station condition at Valley Stream, it’s filthy and filled with bird poop all over and one walks up the platform with fear of catching bird poop paired with terrible smell of human feces and urine. For what we pay, this has to be addressed

@CapitalOne has got the worse customer service paired with rude banking associates when it come to small business owners. After leaving work early, waiting from 4:21 to 4:56, while the bank teller disappears with my DL, only to tell me they cannot help me. #AvoidCapitalOne
