@gutmicrobe@AmyDWillis I have a suspicion that this data only covers HMP2/iHMP with the disease focused study cohorts and not HMP1 phase 2 but I hope I’m wrong!
@gutmicrobe@AmyDWillis TY! I’ll reach out to the maintainers and check. When I cross check sample IDs from CMD’s HMP_2019_ibdmdb data they don’t match the SRS ID’s or numbers from the published Metaphlan2 profiles on HMP portal but maybe they’re listed under different IDs!
@gutmicrobe@AmyDWillis Thank you! We’re looking for the Metaphlan3/4 profiles from both HMP1 phase 1 and HMP1 phase 2 (completed in Lloyd-Price 2017) and unfortunately curatedMetagenomicData seems to only have HMP_2012 (phase I) and not the HMP phase II data :(
I called @kcexec's office last Friday to ask what he was doing about covid in King County. The person I spoke with was very nice and helpful, but I learned that the plan is to "wait and see" and "hope people follow the guidelines better."
These are not "wait and see" numbers!
Georgia is having a runoff Jan 5 to decide who our 2 new senators will be. If those senators go blue Mitch McConnell will no longer be Senate Majority Leader. You have until December 7 to register to vote. Retweet to spread awareness even if you don’t live here.
