@Royal have marked my brother's address as "address inaccessible" so all mail is being returned to sender this has caused issues with banking and important correspondence. No-one within Royal Mail is willing to help resolve this error (caused by a Royal Mail representative)

I'm grateful to everyone that is sharing Dylan's story and helping us fight for @MHRAgovuk to nominate a UK company to handle Liposorber. Due to Brexit, NHS are unable to get the vital components for Dylan to have the treatment he desperately needs, as there's no deal in place.
