@JioCare did a recharge on myjio app for rs 349 on my number. I applied a voucher of RS 50 and paid 299 from upi. The amount got deducted from my bank but the transaction is not reflected in the jio app. And your chatbot sucks.Poor customer support. Cant even raise a ticket. ☹️
