Just as expected @BandQ asked me to wait another 48 hours on top of the weeks they have made me wait already to get MY MONEY back and the 48hours is well over due now. I guess credit card company and section75, I give up with them!
@nleaney@BandQ Totally agree, but to be honest I have had good experience with the marketplace sellers I have used my issue is with @BandQ itself, and there best response to me was please wait 48hrs after I have already waited since the 27th May. Very poor service.
URGENT NOTICE do not buy from @BandQ using their online delivery service . Almost 2months later still cannot get money back after goods returned service is a joke not seen such service in years!!!

It is a sad day for me. My whole life I have been a massive supporter of the @BBC and would defend them to the end of the earth. Recent events over the last year have been topped off by events on @bbcquestiontime last night and made the @BBC indefensible. A very sad day.
