@British_Airways I have the Hotel Sofitel Gatwick booked in late January’22 the night before our flight from LGW to TPA, but in understand that this hotel is closed as it is being used as a Quarantine Hotel. Will you be allocating me a new hotel or do I have to find my own hotel?
