@McDonaldsUK We have dm’d - and despite the order being place through your app, you’ve told us to speak to Uber eats. Who won’t refund the money fraudulently taken.
@McDonaldsUK my daughter ordered food on the McDonalds App on Sunday - money taken from her card, but the delivery never arrived and the order was then cancelled. Nothing has been refunded and she was told you cannot refund her because it had been more than 48 hours.
@UberUKI_Support It doesn’t seem that you are happy to assist though. I’m not sure why when the order was placed through the McDonald’s app we have to ask Uber eats for a refund. But your team have said no to a refund - which appears to be fraud to me. We’ve paid for goods we have not received.

@JaneyGodley 100% - we didn’t break the rules. Spent the entirety of lockdown working full time from home supporting people with their IT problems and on my own with my 3 kids!
@CostaCoffee could you let me know what you think is a reasonable time scale to reply to a customer service query please? 7 days seems excessive to me. I would like the money back that you took from my card for an order that was not fulfilled. Thanks.

@revkatebottley Love to see babies and children in church. We took all of ours from days old and they are all valued members of the church. Sure we endured some looks and comments along the way, but things have changed a lot over the years and that is such a minority reaction now….
