@Hack_packer @DavidBerthold If the Oz major fringes (as opposed to the Canadian model) measured the in kind value provided by artists I guarantee it will be more that the value of the “economic benefit” to the city trumpeted in fringe annual report. Will dm you to show some stats.

@Hack_packer Good read in @ArtsHub about @DavidBerthold... except Brisbane DOES have a fringe festival. Instead of one big one it has a number of smaller ones including @anywherefest. More supportive for artists than the "Artists as Fodder" fringe festival approach being raised.
