@oldmanwinter16@MetricReject@Spankatronic@PageBaltimore@memeticsisyphus Here’s the problem with you people. You think you’re arguing in good faith because you’re trying to defend a race of people because you think it’s the right thing to do.
When you ignore facts and science, you are not arguing a good faith. You have become an ideologue.
@VanyaWright@octopidl@moseskagan I’m obviously not wrong you moron. All I said in this thread is that the risk is not the same which is obviously true and you already conceded that.
The issue if the IRS should care is a totally separate issue I addressed elsewhere, so you’re just very stupid.
@VanyaWright@octopidl@moseskagan Lowest iq explanation for why double taxation doesn’t exist in history. If the money is taxed twice while in one person’s possession, it’s literally not been circulated.
Do you even know how to use words, form cogent arguments, etc? Are you joking right now?
@oldmanwinter16@MetricReject@Spankatronic@PageBaltimore@memeticsisyphus Your best possible argument is that black kids aren’t *quite* as bad as commonly perceived. But are definitely *much* worse than whites and Asians.
We can’t force black men to be a parent. But we can discipline their errant children.

@VanyaWright@octopidl@moseskagan The real question is whether taxing returns on capital the same as wages is actually neutral. Capital is formed from after-tax income and then exposed to loss; wages are not. Different treatment isn’t a gold star, it’s an attempt to avoid double-taxing the same dollars.
@alexolegimas@AndyMasley I dunno man. People watching FOX “news” and believing it’s actually news seems like a bigger problem to me.
At least the liberals are aware it’s entertainment and biased, not news.
@AndyMasley Fair, but: at least people watching these shows are aware it’s an entertainment show with bias.
FOX viewers think they’re watching actual, hard, unbiased news when it’s literally an entertainment show.
I think that dynamic has been more damaging to the media environment.
@AGHamilton29 I dunno. He usually raises relevant issues and discusses them pretty fairly (with an explicit liberal bias).
I think a big majority of his thousands of claims over the years are well-founded, although he does obviously make mistakes too.
@s8mb I sort of screen renters a bit to assess their likelihood of being a good tenant before investing time showing units. I often try to get a feel for job, reliability, communication, etc. Not to the extent you mention though. That’s a lot.
