@Telstra@Telstra_news@TelstraPurple@TelstraBcast your customer service needs some work. I have had every bad experience over the last two weeks spending almost a day on the phone to various customer service people it’s an absolute joke and still no resolution to my problem.
@Telstra I was just talking to your team on here, the chat on Twitter and they are just as bad. I have been boxed away and then ignored. Then feedback pops up and asks me how you did?! I might as well be talking to a brick wall
