@Joe_Martin13 @WillNetsFan @DougNorrie Nets can swap theirs w/ any of the 3 teams. They can also swap Philly for Suns & swap Suns for Knicks. They cannot swap Philly for Knicks. So if Suns finish 4th best & Philly 3rd best, Nets get Phillys pick & the better of Nets or Knicks. Any other order, Nets get best 2 picks.

The new CBA effectively diminished player movement via free agency and now lottery reform will reduce all trades that required draft picks as sweeteners. Remind me why the @NBA is the only sport with this issue? @NFL @MLB @NHL got Adam Silver on skates

I get the NBA wants to punish tankers, but this rule basically treats teams that trade with tankers as accomplices to tanking... in an era in which tanking is going to be reduced anyway, so you're basically just punishing teams for bad luck. It's so over the top and unnecessary.
