@sidgabriel Well, the power of the President to intervene is limited by the principle of separation of powers outlined in the Constitution. The President, as the head of the executive branch, does not have direct authority to intervene in court proceedings or influence judicial decisions.
An ethical application of AI will constantly question who is excluded (intentionally or not) by the models.
If we can manage the extremes, then everyone can have an equitable experience.
