Ordered on Zomato at ~6:45 PM (20–25 mins ETA). By 8:10 PM, agent was stuck at the same point for almost 20 mins, rude on call, had to cancel. Support chat bot goes in circles, no easy way to reach a customer executive. Really disappointed @zomato.

I want to leave my job because I refuse to pay my hard-earned money to:

23/07 - Ticket raised (SR10143217661696) but with wrong category.
24/07 - Ticket raised (SR10143255421844) didn't receive any call yet in official app i see "No Open Tickets" in Registered requests.
