.@amazonIN - Did you guys completely eliminate the ability for customers to chat/call you guys? The option is nowhere available in the app, and the provided self serve/help pages are the worst I have ever seen for any customer help. They make you just go around in loops. @amazon
@JioCare@JioCare it's not almost a month since I ordered the sim and still haven't gotten it. This is beyond ridiculous. Everytime someone reached out and says we're working on it. What are you working on? 1 month to deliver a sim???

@duolingo Having issues with the Android app since the last update. Double XP isn't actually giving double XP all the time even when it's active. Can you help or please fix this?
@Swiggy@SwiggyCares An order that was supposed to take 20 mins doesn't get delivered after an hour and then asked to cancel. Customer care is of no use in giving any updates rather keeps sending template responses. Get your people to solve issues! Is this your customer service?
@duolingo hi, I'm a super Duolingo user and I primarily learn Japanese on the app. Is there a way to change the voices to normal ones or to turn off a few of the voices? I've been using the app for a while now and it's getting more and more irritating to listen to the voices.
@blrcitytraffic Hi, I wanted to understand if anything is being done to handle the ever increasing menace of people driving at night on high beams constantly. Especially vehicles with bright white LED lights. The lights are blinding and make for dangerous driving conditions.
@KFC_India Do you guys even care about complaints that you receive? I've been complaining about false notifications of orders and deliveries to my mobile (sms) from KFC and you haven't done sh#t about it. Is this your definition of customer service?
@PizzaHutIN I've been receiving messages on my phone saying "It's been a pleasure to serve you" without ordering anything. All the bills have my phone number on then. I want to know why my number is being used on all the bills being generated. Please look into this.
@KFC_India I've been reaching out to you guys patiently since June to stop sending updates to my phone number about someone else's orders. And all I hear back is "We'll get back to you." Does that mean anything to you guys?Or is your team just lazy to actually fix the problem?

.@getsimpl What kinda customer service are you running? You allow users to register email addresses without verification, and when a complaint is raised, you don't resolve it (complaint opened Mar 29th). You copy me randomly in your replies to other customers. What is happening?

@LiciousFoods I haven't received my order (kbdfa6n3) today. I even called the customer care number and was told I'll get a call back that didn't happen either. I've been a regular customer and Metopia member. Disappointed with the experience and lack of response to my concerns.
Is this how you guys conduct your business? Is this the best customer service you guys are capable of? Promising customers to call back and sort things out and not following up ever on any of those promises??? #BadCustomerService
@ecom_express I've been tryin to get info about a package that was supposedly delivered to me but haven't received. I've been calling since Sept 20th (almost 20 days!). I've been offered callbacks but no one seems to ever call. I've raised complaints, escalated and still nothing!
@realmemobiles@realmecareIN@MadhavSheth1 Can someone help on this? I'm consistently having only around 500-700mb RAM available out of a total of 4GB even with almost all apps closed. #coloros6 has been pretty horrible for me so far.
@realmemobiles@realmecareIN My Realme 1 is extremely slow and buggy after #coloros6. Phone freezes suddenly, stops responding and closes the apps (chrome mostly). Is it eating too much RAM? Was much faster and had better battery on previous os version. Any help on this?
