Orders of the Supreme Court are binding throughout India and are required to be implemented by all authorities without selective enforcement or unnecessary delay.

Despite submitting multiple complaints regarding the use of allegedly illegal loudspeakers on mosque minarets, I have not seen any effective action by the Hyderabad Police or the Telangana Police to enforce the applicable legal requirements. If similar directions can be implemented in Uttar Pradesh, why is the same level of enforcement not being carried out in Telangana?

I have personally filed complaints with the police seeking action in accordance with the law. Yet, the situation remains unchanged.

This raises a few important questions:

Why have the relevant Supreme Court directions not been implemented in these cases?
What legal or administrative impediment is preventing the authorities from taking action?
If there is no such impediment, who or what is stopping the police from enforcing the law uniformly?

The rule of law requires that judicial directions be implemented impartially, irrespective of the community or institution involved. Equal enforcement of the law is fundamental to maintaining public confidence in the justice system.
