When citizens rely on government services, basic accountability and clarity are not optional.
Government services are trusted because they are expected to be responsible, transparent, and accurate.
Casual explanations and copy-paste replies defeat that trust.
When issues like this keep repeating, customers start losing trust — not just in restaurants, but in the platform enabling them.
Complaint → generic email → ticket closed → asked to “rate the restaurant”.
No resolution. No accountability.
The bigger issue isn’t just the size — it’s the absence of real customer support. If restaurants can label anything as “JUMBO” without accountability, what’s the point of descriptions at all?
This is misleading advertising, plain and simple.

@socialepfo I've been trying to merge my PF accounts for over 2 years, but it keeps getting rejected for different reasons each time. I even uploaded a clarity letter from my previous employer on the grievance portal, but claim was still rejected and closed. Please help!

Why is this happening? There's no proper response, no one to directly reach out to, and no accountability. This is not how people should be treated—especially when dealing with their hard-earned money.
