Finally received my certificate from the Uni of Ulster for achieving a distinction in their Pg Dip on Cataract and Refractive Surgery. Its an excellent course for ophthalmologists wanting to expand their knowledge in modern-day refractive laser techniques and IOLs.

This is a novel technique of Paul tube implantation using a 1mm microkeratome, 3mm posterior to the limbus followed by entry into the AC using a 25G needle. The technique allows for better coverage of the tube, reduced lateral movement and minimises peri-tube leak. #Glaucoma #PGI
