@HubSpot A few things come to mind:
1. You can't force it. Trying to find a need that isn't there will only make the transition harder
2. Show how other teams in the org are saving time/doing better work because of it.
3. Back up their adoption with KPIs

You won’t accomplish much without great teamwork because you need to work with others to accomplish big things.
Many of you have been asking about how to achieve happiness within your organization, so I wanted to share some of my principles for great teamwork that I learned.
Watch out for people who argue against something whenever they can find something—anything—wrong with it, without properly weighing all the pluses and minuses. Such people tend to be poor decision makers. #principleoftheday
