1) रामलीला मैदान (मध्य दिल्ली) : 2 ते 3 लाख लोकांची क्षमता. सध्या येथे 'रामलीला महोत्सव' सुरू असून तो दिवाळीपर्यंत चालणार आहे. त्यामुळे परवानगी मिळणे शक्य नाही. क्षेत्रफळ - 12 एकर.

2) बुराडी (दिल्लीची उत्तरी सीमेवरील टोक) : 10 लाख लोकांची क्षमता. शहराच्या बाहेरील भागात असल्यामुळे आंदोलनाचा शहरावर फारसा परिणाम शहरावर होणार नाही. इकडची मेट्रो बंद केली तरी शहराला काही फरक पडणार नाही. क्षेत्रफळ - 57 एकर.
