@haapukoer@peitovski Реддит - помойка для аутистов, лузеров и тех, кто боится на улицу из подвла выйти. Они сами проводили в /eesti опрос, и больше половины честно ответили, что они с диагнозами. Зачем их читать вообще.
@realNepareizais Some or most of these are also a security for 2024 14,5% bonds under Latvian law. But under US law these are now used as a senior security.
@DainisN@Shprotmens@IndulisBekis@AndrisKulbergs@Ryanair Formally, it will be the decision of the next Latvian government to "restructure" (= write off) ca 80 million of debts to Latvia, then Ryanair will have an opportunity to sue again. Also next government will decide, if they agree to Ryanair conditions.
@DainisN@Shprotmens@IndulisBekis@AndrisKulbergs@Ryanair Exactly, Ryanair whines all the time, because Air Baltic doesn't respect its obligations and also receives state aid. But seems that it will be over next year anyway.
@DainisN@Shprotmens@IndulisBekis@AndrisKulbergs@Ryanair After filing for chapter 11 they left unpaid debts 10 million to Riga Airport, 2,5 million to Amsterdam, 1,6 million to Vilnius and 1,5 million to Tallinn, probably to some other too. Why would they whine, if they plan to pay only after receiving some loan from "investor"
@KNL_LTV1 These aircrafts and engines are part of the security collateral for this loan. 250 days later they will have a new owner, if loan will not be paid back.
@simonasbartkus@lithdoc@airBaltic First 175 million are secured by 8 aircraft, 7 engines and all other unincumbered property. For the rest 175 million they need US court to authorize that current bondholders have the lower priority, which is usually how it works in USA.
@Heinrih5 A new 350 million loan that will have a priority over all other loans. All AB liquid assets (that have a value of ca 400 mln now) will be a security for it. Other creditors, including Latvian state, receive nothing, if they will not be able to pay it back.
@UlvisSilins@airBaltic@guntarsv What 50 million € per year you are talking about, when they need 200 million just to survive until winter, and have to repay 400 millions back in 2029 anyway?
@simonasbartkus@riga_airport@airBaltic@wizzair@SAS@lufthansa@TLLairport 99% is bullshit, there will always be some transit traffic. And only 30% of market in Tallinn now are LCCs, so 60-70% is also imaginary number, no way that other carriers will just leave a market to LCCs and do nothing.
@NaurisVizulis@AndrisKulbergs@airBaltic@Broks OK, maybe. Considering that AirBaltic is the only airline in the world that wet-leases brand new planes, it is hard to believe that it is surprise for everyone, that it is profitable only comparing to parking them in Riga Airport.
@NaurisVizulis@AndrisKulbergs@airBaltic@Broks None. But 18 planes will be returned from wet-lease to airBaltic in October, and seems that the part of a "new strategic plan" is to try selling them (to whom??) until the end 2026 to avoid huge leasing payments in winter.
