Hey @instagram, I tried reaching you guys on the app and via email but haven't gotten any response since a few months. My business account is facing several of the issues below:

- Reels are not working, I'm unable to post or view
- Instagram shops are not loading

- My access to newsletters has been revoked
- Image-on-image feature not available
- Application is crashing after posting a new photo

What I tried:
- Reinstalled the app
- Tried the beta version
- I also reported these problems via the app
- Used another phone to test the app
