@SpursOfficial your ticket office doesn't reply to emails in the stated times and because of that I have excess charges on my cup guarantee ticket. This is unacceptable
@WrenKitchens Guess I will have to take a trip to the showroom and speak to any potential customers and let them know what they can expect from the installers and don't agree a contract until you know the full charges @WrenKitchens
@WrenKitchens how do you account for hidden charges when you sub contract out your install work ? I had to sign a contract before knowing the charges. I even filled in a survey with my concerns and a wishy washy response. But at least you got the sale which is all that matters
@nirvanaspa so I bought a spa package for my partner and when I booked there was no mention of having to hire towels and robes. She has been told its now chargeable #hiddencharges
@TUIUK why can't you do your maintenance of the website overnight so that people can get to their accounts and confirm flights etc. The 'check back soon' message means nothing. Why not state the times it's unavailable. Then people know when to return.
@TUIUK It's not good enough. I need to confirm my flights as I'm flying Friday morning. Surely someone can actually help rather than just say 'keep trying'
