• Resolve 3rd PRC, wage negotiations & pension revision.
• Address 2nd PRC residuals – E2-E3 standard pay scales & pay loss.
• Implement full 30% SAB quantum & Post-Retirement Medical Benefits (PRMB)
• Fix JE pay scale anomalies & review NEPP.
• End stagnation. Restore medical, LTC perks & allowances.
• Ensure timely promotions for all eligible executives & non-executives.
• Adopt “One Company – One Policy” for fairness across BSNL.
• End disparity in pay, perks & promotions between deputationists and BSNL recruits.
