War Veteran Naik Gura Singh is a battle casualty from 13 Sikh Li who still does not have ECHS Coverage.

Since past 3 years, have tried to help him get the ECHS Card with @DIAV20 help. Yesterday, after going again to Faridkot, he called disappointed. Still no card and no one to guide him. Attached is this document for your reference.

At an age when medical treatment is a huge need, he needs the ECHS Card urgently.
