@Budget prepaid for a full sized SUV but got a mid sized. Told to call CS after completing rental to get credit back. CS said I should be credited $1k. Now told that the CURRENT rate for mid size is > prepaid amount so refund can’t be processed. This is unacceptable. It’s fraud.
